The personable Richard Bolton has been providing residents and tourists with barbecue turkey, pork, ribs and chicken as well as salads and deli sandwiches at the Happy Tomato since 2007. He opens at 11 a.m. and closes at 4:30ish Monday through Saturday.

The Happy Tomato is closed on Sundays to support Richard's love of the Jacksonville Jaguars. However, he will open one Sunday a year, so make sure to get your Shrimp Salad during the annual Shrimp Festival.
